FAQ

Questions we would rather answer than dodge

This is a small dispatch site, not a franchise packet. The FAQ is written that way.

Are you a towing company with a yard in Orem?

This website is an independent dispatch site for Utah County. A local operator handles the truck. We do not publish a shop street address, DOT number, or truck count on this domain.

Why is there no phone number?

The phone field in site.js is empty until a CallRail (or similar) number is swapped in. Until then, use Request a tow. If a number is added later, tel: links unhide automatically.

Do you work I-15 crashes?

Law enforcement owns the scene. We can hook a light-duty vehicle after you are cleared to leave, or if you are simply disabled with no crash. We are not a heavy rotator company.

Can you tow from Provo Canyon or American Fork Canyon?

Approaches and valley-side pullouts, often yes. Deep ice, rockfall, or a vehicle off the pavement may be a no. Describe the spot.

Are you affiliated with UVU or BYU?

No. Those names appear only as geography. Lots and streets near campus generate calls. That is not a contract and not an endorsement.

How much does a tow cost?

Price depends on hook, miles, time of day, and winching. We will not invent a “starting at $49” banner. Ask when you request; the operator quotes the job.

Do you have reviews on this site?

No. We are not going to paste fake stars. If we ever show third-party reviews, they will be real and dated — not today.

Is this Google Business Profile the same as a shop?

Do not fake a GBP with a house address. Service-area businesses can exist without a public storefront. This README on the repo says the same thing.
