I-15 towing in Utah County: shoulders, ramps, named interchanges
I-15 is the spine of this service area: Lehi at the north county line, through American Fork, Orem, Provo, Springville, and Spanish Fork. A disabled passenger car on the shoulder is a different job than a wreck in a live lane. Law enforcement owns the crash scene. We dispatch a light-duty hook when you are in a safe pullout or the scene is released.
How freeway calls actually work
Name the direction, the nearest interchange, and whether you are still in a travel lane. University Parkway, University Avenue, and the Lehi / Thanksgiving Point ramps are the notes we see most. A no-start in a Park & Ride next to the freeway is not a freeway job — it is a lot job, and a jump may be enough. See Orem jump starts if that is you.
We are not a heavy rotator company. A rolled tractor-trailer or a vehicle already down an embankment is outside this page. We will not invent a “we clear I-15 in 12 minutes” claim. A local operator decides whether the truck can do the hook safely.
Weather on the corridor
Inversion mornings, black ice on overpasses, and summer heat all show up on this stretch. Lehi can look dry while Provo is still socked in. Mention the milepost or the interchange, not just “I-15.”
