About · Utah County
A dispatch site for the valley, not a fake storefront
Utah Valley Tow is the public face for light-duty towing and roadside requests along I-15 in Utah County. Independent dispatch. A local operator handles the truck. This page exists so you can tell who we are — and what we will not pretend to be.
Who and what
This domain is utahvalleytow.com. We take light-duty tow and roadside requests for Utah County and pass them to a local operator who actually rolls the truck. Contact is the request form until a phone number is live in site config. There is no public shop counter on this site because there is no shop street address we are willing to invent.
Service area
Orem, Provo, Lehi, American Fork, Spanish Fork, Springville, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, and the I-15 corridor that ties them together — University Parkway, State Street, Center Street, canyon mouths. Stretching the map to Ogden or St. George would look bigger and be a lie. See service area for edge cases.
What we are not
- Not a BYU or UVU contractor, and not affiliated with either university. Campus-adjacent streets generate calls. That is geography, not a contract.
- Not a heavy wrecker or rotator company. Rolled semis, alpine dirt recoveries, and vehicles already off the pavement in a canyon may be a no.
- Not a fake map pin. We do not publish a house address, DOT number, truck count, or star ratings on this domain.
- Not a 24/7 live dispatch board. The form opens a thank-you page. If you are in danger, call 911.
